• Perform Data mapping and gap analysis to understand and document the current design of the Data workflows and take the gaps as the priority to be addressed for the new Database.

• Create the Business Requirement Document and Technical Requirement Specifications to document the future state of Next Gen UI design using current state of workflow.

• Create Non-functional Technical requirements to determine the Business rules, authentication, and information systems security requirements to make the decision for the end-product to be more reliable, available with better performance.

• Responsible for creating, managing, and delivering of required documents for application. Serve as liaison between customers and team developers to overcome applications issues and maintain established business relationships. Gather, document, and analyse data and information; develop and execute training materials and training activities to high-level operators.

• Interact with business operations, understand business model, involved in gathering requirements, communicated business process, translated needs into salesforce terms, developed data model, defined objects and relations.

• Conduct business analysis by working with end users to identify system, operational requirements.

• Prioritize and manage projects and initiatives in accordance with the requirements of business needs.

• Delegate project roles and managed deadlines. Collaborate with Business Sponsor to define scope of projects and timelines associated with completion of project.

• Conduct meetings and facilitate collaborative discussions for requirement changes and new functionality needs. Assist with project implementation and control monitoring process related to quality assurance (QA) and user assisted testing (UAT).
